Ochsner Outreach: Ochsner Clinic Foundation

Donation Memo from Patrick Quinlan, M.D.
Monday, September 05, 2005 8:21 am

Employees, Families and Friends,

We hope you and your family are safe following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Many of our employees and families have sustained damage to their homes or have lost their homes entirely. Please forward this information to as many people as possible and ask them, in-turn, to send it out to their friends. This is a grassroots effort, and your help is vital to the well-being of our employees and patients. Our governmental agencies are overwhelmed, and we must continue to take care of ourselves and the community.

Many of the Ochsner family have asked us what they can do to help. In light of those requests we have established the Ochsner Hurricane Relief Fund and the attached memo describes the fund and how to make donations.

Continue to check the Ochsner web site for information on how employees may apply for a grant from this fund.

Please send this out now.

Sincerely,
Patrick Quinlan, M.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Ochsner Clinic Foundation

Ochsner Outreach: Ochsner Clinic Foundation is and has been functioning throughout Hurricane Katrina. This is a grass-roots email from their website requesting to reach out to everyone.

This message to you is to ask you to help them by passing it along.
