Okay. February 14th is Valentine's Day. It's also the first Mardi Gras weekend, with 3 parades beginning at 2:00. Still, that's not enough fun for New Orleans. How about some world class music?
The Big Easy Blues Festival
On Saturday, February 14, the Big Easy Blues Festival will start rolling at the New Orleans Arena. Beginning at 7:00pm, you can experience some of the greats: Mel Waiters, Bobby Blue Bland, Floyd Taylor, Shirley Brown, Sir Charles Jones, Billy “Soul” Bonds and Jeff Floyd.
Tickets can be purchased at the New Orleans Arena Box Office or at Ticketmaster.
