What:
A chance to visit the hidden, secret gardens of New Orleans French Quarter homes. The tour is self guided and includes many different styles of gardens from formal to lush and exuberant.
When:
This event is usually held over a Saturday and a Sunday in mid-October.
Where :
The tour is held in the Vieux Carre (the real name of the French Quarter. There are usually about 15 gardens on the tour, all within walking distance of each other.
How Much:
Tickets are $20.00 per day, children are invited and are free if under 12. The event is sponsored by the Patio Planters, a non-profit organization that sponsors the Chistmas Caroling in Jackson Square. For tickets go to the Patio Planters website.
