Sparkling New Orleans

In a national survey, Americans voted online for the most "animated, brilliant, lively and vivacious" city in the United States. The winner--New Orleans! Yellowtail Wines sponsored the survey, and the city will receive its award, given by travel authority Pauline Frommer and Yellowtail, in front of St. Louis Cathedral, behind Jackson Square, on July 1.
