Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra Opens it 2007-08 Season Thursday

The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra will open its 2007-08 season with a concert at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 20 in Tulane University’s McAlister Auditorium. The good news is that many of the LPO players are back now from Hurricane Katrina, so tonight's opening performance will be a special celebration of music. Get there at 6:30 p.m. because in McAlister Auditorium there's a pre-concert happy hour featuring a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres. Tickets for the event range from $25 to $65.
