NOPD Float

Despite media portrayal, NOPD stood tall in New Orleans during Katrina and we owe many of our lives to their heroics. They stayed with us, they prayed with us. While they are working overtime to help us enjoy Mardi Gras, FEMA is throwing them off the cruise ships where they have been living. So here's to the men and women of the NOPD.
