Celebrate Bastille Day in New Orleans as French muscians stroll through the French Quarter, while in the annual Waiters Race, teams of two waiters from local restaurants wear berets and sashes, and run down Canal Street through the Quarter while balancing a tray of glasses and a bottle of water.
